My ig that I rescued looked similar. It was from a pretty nasty skin infection that required antibiotic injections, Silvadene applications, and Betadine soaks to improve. This guy has quite a bit of tail missing, and the same condition appears to be on the toes. I would say a vet trip is in order very soon.

It may be the photo, but his face looks a little foreshortened. Does he also have a calcium deficiency/MBD issues?

Here are some pics of the ig I rescued when I first got him. He looks great now, about 5-6 months later.
