Has been like that since we got him. We adopted him from a shelter. He was that way when he was dumped him in the shelter.

They were worse but have gotten better. He didn't have some of them initially.

I have no idea. It looks the way it looks when we got him, and I don't know iguanas at all. (He belongs to my SO.)
