Poor guy! Well, I would say definitely get thee to a qualified herp vet for some anitbiotics! Kudos to you for taking him in!

Some natural sunlight would also do him wonders as well as a nice salad of collards, turnips, kale, good veggies like squash, green beans, etc.

I'll try post of pic of our guy now, so you can see the difference in his skin.
