I'm assuming the portions that are still wrinkled are the parts that haven't shed out completely? If so, you're going to need to get those off. Try a tub with a small amount of warm water in it and a wet towel. Leave her in there for a few hours or even overnight. You will need holes for air of course, and if leaving her for extended periods, you'll need a heat mat under one end to keep the water from getting too cold. They usually work off the shed in a few hours, but sometimes it take longer. Never use a wet pillow case. I've heard of 3 incidences now where a snake has smothered from not being able to breath in the wet cloth. One of them was a friend who lost a favorite chondro that way. I had one chondro baby that was a difficult shed a few times. Always looked terrible before shed and even after for a while. After the second bad shed, I didn't have any more problems. For a while I'd really soak the substrate before shed...and I mean soak to the point that after shed, I'd have to clean the cage out, but now, she sheds perfectly without issues. Hopefully yours will get to that point now that she's getting the proper nutrition.
