To tell you the truth Nate, I was just a kid, about 15 or so. I'm thirty five now. I know it was a spec. though, as I was very good at indentification and scientific names, even at that age. I got it at a pet store in Phila. Pa, for like twenty bucs. I haven't seen one offered since then. I think I had it in a ten gallon tank with a basking light at one end and a cardboard hide at the other. I did have a large water bowl, which it utilized often. Sorry couldn't be more of a help. Oh, it did eat frogs and tadpoles, when I could find them. It was only about two feet long, as well as I can remember.
