Crested geckos do quite well with day and night temps same as room temperature. Drops as low as 65F are fine. Day temps should rarely exceed 80F, especially with younger crested geckos, as they can get heat stroke and die if prolong exposure to temps over 85F occur. A nice 70-80F daytime time works great for crested geckos..night time just let it drop to whatever room temperature gets at night. If your home gets below 65F at night, then some supplementary heating may be necessary...but you realy don't need night time temps over 70F so may be easier to just heat the room to keep it at 65F at night.
