Well...I've had a pair of Dumerils boas for a few years now that are housed together. Many months back, I noticed some unexpected breeding behavior. In recent months, the female has become larger despite eating much less, well actually not at all the past 3 weeks. So I'm pretty sure I have a gravid girl. But regretfully, I never logged any of the dates, so I really have no idea when she was impregnated and never did witness an ovulation. However, she did just go through a shed yesterday, and I seem to recall reading somewhere about a Pre-birthing shed that can give you an estimated time frame on when to expect babies. Does anyone know of this time, or if I am mistaken?
