They vary!!!
How about your calico may be a mutation under the Calico and you can not even tell what it is????
Then of course you may have gotten lucky and found a Co-Dom gene right off for that mutation...but in general it is NOT CO-DOM!!!
I have even bred blues together and hatched out "normal" looking animals...they may not be exactly the same thing so the Alleles don't match up.
At this point it is very difficult to say what is going on when there are so many different looking animals. Breeding wild caught Tokays can be tricky, they change so much as they settle in!
