Taming Tokays ?

O.K. Here's a question. How do you go about taming a Tokay ? I saw on NERD's site about "show me a WC Tokay and he'll show you a tame tokay in 2 weeks" Is this really possible ? How? What is the procedure to go about this ? I am very interested in having a hand tame Tokay.
