The best bet is to provide good laying areas that are portable (small pieces of PVC, small fake plants, etc.). You really can't remove the eggs, they are glued pretty good. In your case you have two choices: let them hatch in place, and hope you can remove the offspring before they get eaten, or move the bamboo and eggs to another container for incubation.
