It's better that you READ about many types of geckos/lizards and about their care. It's important that you read about their care and understand what you'll have to do. Also geckos and lizards can have different tenancies in personalities from species to species.
Go read about some and decide what YOU like and what YOU want instead of having someone tell you what is "cool."
