That tank should work out fine, though 18x18x24 would be even better.

As to care sheets, it's good that you're asking beforehand - the one at crestedgecko.com is pretty good:

If you've got more questions after reading that, please post them - it's definitely best to be well-educated about your new pet before you have it. Less mistakes that way.
