I live at the very top of the northern panhandle of WV. I am wanting to put a turtle pond in outside this coming up spring. I don't want to go with RES or painteds because they are everywhere but I do want something that will be able to winter outdoors. I was thinking about maybe Blandings or Spotted because they are really close to being native to where I live but then I saw the price of some CB Blandings(OUCH). So I am just looking for some suggestions. Maybe something foreign that can handle the cold winters. If I have to go with a high price I just won't be able to get as many.

Thanks Dawn
