You should not let her brumate before you have cleared up the heavy parasite load. Start her on the deworming medication - keep her basking temps up and her light bright. They often key into changes in light intensity and length (even if they appear unnoticable to us) adding an extra bulb for more light and leaving the lights on a little longer may help.
