It looks like a dermatitis, either fungal or bacteria. It's not in a proper place to be a burn, nor does it have the look of a burn. Dermatitis (skin infection) results in raised patches, crusty or scabby patches that may be moist underneath. It will require meds to treat, but different meds depending on whether it is bacterial or fungal. The humidity may be too high.
