Oh there is a misprint in my post the basking site is 125 not 105, my mistake.
Thanks for your help and please don’t think he is at all skinny, as it’s quite the opposite, he has quite the belly, it’s his fat stores at his tail base I'd like to up, sorry if I didn’t make that clear. Behavior wise I've never seen such a spastically active lizard. XD
But yes I am familiar with Deer Fern's site I found it very useful when preparing for Charlie’s homecoming. I actually referenced the brand of food I use from them, Earthbound Organics. I will defiantly being going out for a more extensive search for Pok Choy though, it’s rather hard to find here. But I do have one other question.

Where I live De-needle Prickly Pear leaves are readily available I know many people who have tortoises and iguanas that chow down on the soft flesh. Can Uro's have this in their diet as an occasional treat?
