Yep, read chapter 3 of The More Complete Chondro by Greg Maxwell. You will learn waaaay more about localities (both general and specific) than you probably planned on. Oddly enough, unless you have a very solid paper trail, there is a very slim chance the animal is indeed exactly where the seller may be claiming. It may not even have a "locality!" Also his book will teach the difference of race vs locality, which is a very interesting topic IMO. I'm not saying you cant trust anyone's claims to what type of chondros they are selling, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you see one you really like, is the locality really THAT important? I've never heard of a rule that says gtp from X locale is always more valuable than gtp from Y locale.
