Hey Justin, I am using one of those "high tech" incubators called a Hovobator. It’s cheap and it works! I run it with a Helix DBS-1000 thermostat and I use a digital thermometer to double check the temps. I think that these two add-ons are what make it work. I then use glad containers to hold the eggs. This year I tried using hatchrite for a substrate I , but normally use perilite or vermiculite for substrate. While my set-up works, the temperatures will fluctuate as the room temps fluctuate. You also must be quick when opening the incubator as heat will be lost very quickly. Any ways, here are some pics.
