see you got the pic thing down. i am not too familiar with china reptiles although many chinese herps are also found here in korea. i would start by looking at a chinese lacerta. i do not have any field guides for china so it is just a stab in the dark. If you rule that out and nobody else answers you then you might try to go to the ratsnake forum and then to the asian / european ratsnake sub forum. There are a couple of guys in there that i believe own field guides for chinese herps and may be able to better id it.

I can say that i see an orange peel and rice in the cage bottom. It is for sure an insectivore and needs to be fed crickets and mealworms. It looks a little thin in the hips now but should fatten up nicely if fed and mantained properly.
