If you do it for the money you will find yourself very frustrated for the first 3-5 years. I do not breed my snakes in the hopes of becoming rich. I get a rush finding the mother coiled on her eggs, seeing the babies pipping, and producing extremely beautiful snakes. I wish I could keep everyone, because each one is very unique and takes on their own personality. But everyone knows you cant keep all of them so you sell the ones you cant keep. You make a little but I would never quit my day job. Bottom line, I personally think it has to be a hobby first, and the money is a perk to the hobby!
