The photos are small and hard to make out but if the lesions are raised and fluid filled or were once fluid filled and now dried over, you might want to contact a vet. There are various bacterial conditions that result in pustules/blisters that are generically referred to as blister disease. The etiology differs and numerous causative organisms have been identified. A good vet would run a culture and prescribe the most effective antibiotic. A cheaper option would be to forgo the culture and hit it with a broad spectrum antibiotic but this can sometimes end up costing more in the long run with a second office visit and additional medication when the condition does not clear up with the first treatment.

Your uro might be eating well and social right now but if this is bacterial, this condition can become systemic at which time the problem becomes critical and can easily spiral into a fatal outcome.

If the lesions are not raised and/or crusty/dried over, you can describe the condition for more guesses but your best bet would be to see a professional as they can run diagnostics and all we can do is provide a little speculation via typing.
