Posted by: hcgirl88 at Tue Dec 16 17:36:58 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by hcgirl88 ] i was walking on a trail when it was like 30 degrees and saw a baby fence lizard just sitting on the ground . he was so tiny ! ! so i picked him up and took him home bc i dont think they are supposed to be out in the cold like that and i didnt want him to die . well i put him in a tank that i have and immediately put a basking light on him and bought some pinhead crickets . ive had him for 3 wks now and he wont eat or move or do anything. i even tried letting him go and he stayed in the exact spot that i put him for a whole day and night. i dont kno what to do . ive tried everything i could think of . how can he survive this long with no food or water. is he hibernating ?????
