Staple diet for Uro's should be: Escarole, endive, chickory, dandelion greens. Rotational foods can be bok choy, arugula, collard greens, shredded squash or carrots. Oh, you can also feed radicchio as well. There are plenty of other rotational foods, just do a bit of reading here and other Uro forums and you will find plenty of foods that can be fed.

I would stay away from kale, it can actually do more harm then good for a Uro. Not too sure on the brussel sprouts, I would probably avoid those as well. Also, stay away from all insects, ie crickets, worms, etc. Uro's can't handle the protein and can lead to severe health problems.

You can also feed edible flowers such as dandelion flowers or hibiscus flowers (should be pesticide free of course)
