Well I've have one panther now and he's my only cham I've had..I personally would always pick a panther over a vieled..They are more hardy I think and you have a better chance of taming a panther in my opinion..If money is a issue,go with a vieled..If money isn't a issue,I'd go with a panther..Remember this though,each chameleon has his own personality..I love panthers more than any other chameleon so I'm biased..

Vieleds are awesome chameleons too so it's more personal choice..They both are the best starter chameleons based on their requirements and needs..Which ever chameleon you get,do a lot of research so that you're 100% ready so you can give the chameleon the best life he possibly can..
