Hey for ATB's can someone list ideal cage sizes from baby to adult?

Also for heating, I dont keep my snake room heated, but I live in Las Vegas and its dry the room stays around 74-76 degrees summmer and 77-79 winter. What would be best for heating-ceramic, bulb, panel? (Planning a move soon and the snake room will be heated so hopefully this wont be a problem too much longer)

I really like the snakes even if they are nippy I think they are way too beautiful to pass up.
