caffeine is used as a poison for frogs

Hawaii was using caffeine solution sprayed on coqui's to eradicate them. Of course it was busy work, but it did kill the frogs.

Coffee grounds are NOT digestable. In fact they are the indigestible part of the bean left over after coffee is extracted. They are also very high sourceof nitrogen, something your frog would like to avoid.
