Sweet Curtis! I just got a new female Sunday from a friend in RI. She looks exactly like the pic of the spottie in Ohio...My buddy is going snake crazy and sold/selling all his turtles and tortoises, so I talked him into an IOU in the future for her.I put her in a 55gal for a temp. til I move some of my others around and my damn luck!..3 eggs in the water.I never even gave her being gravid a thought, so I didn't have a nesting spot in the 55, just some drift wood basking spot.I found them to late, and all cracked. That's the 2nd time I've lost eggs now. That wont happen again.I'm working on a big land area for all of them now.Ya have to get pretty creative when you're laid off and broke. You'll have another 1 before mid summer Curtis if all goes as planned.
