One cricket a day is not terrible, typically they will eat more but one a day should sustain her. What are your temps like? often they will not each much if it is too cold.
Also, a lot of frogs do not like the substrate sticking to their skin, so I usually put a layer of sphagnum or leaf litter on top. And, ampphibians (excluding some Rana) dont need UVB. I'm sure your frog will appriciate it, but just know that they dont absolutly require it in order to be healthy. ----- A room of herps. www.freewebs.com/kapoktree
