Delayed shed???

I have gotten an Isabel from Jerry in September. How do I know if my guy is in a delayed shed? Jerry said he went into shed the day before shipping....however, there were no sheddings in with him upon arrival and he hasn't shed since I've had him. Any ideas anyone?
