Yes as far I as read there ONLY Ca.rosy's, Ca. gopher snakes, and Ca. kingsnakes are able to be bought,sold, or Permitted with the Native reptile propogation permit. The ONLY other exception is ANY albino snake/reptile is exempt from F&G regulations. I asked about someone selling a Albino Western diamondback ratlesnake since W.D.B's are not on the list. I was told that because it is a albino it is legal.
