Toad with worms?

I went to go mist my toad this morning and I discovered a long worm in his water dish, it's very thin and about 2 inches long. Definitely wasn't expecting to see it so I'm a little spooked. Is this cause for concern? If so, what can I do to make sure my little guy is alright?
