Can I use that second pic on my website? I don't have any good shots of "spurring"

>>I finally caught them breeding after over a month of them being together. This is my only pair and first time breeding. I was beginning to wonder if they had been sexed correctly. Pics were taken at 7:30 and 11:30 this morning. The male is the garden phase and he female is the colorful one. She's in shed though,she's normally brighter. (Please excuse the blurry pictures and dirty water dish, I'm not sure how they flipped it over...)
