What's up fellow lizard lovers,

I am headed to the reptile expo this weekend down here in Tampa Bay, FL and I've decided I want to get my first lizard. The only problem is I have no idea yet on what I'm gonna get! I've only owned snakes and frogs/toads in the past so this will be my first lizard pet.

What kind of lizard would you guys recommend that's tops off at medium care level, is atleast somewhat socialable, and won't kill my bank account? I'm pretty much open to any type of lizard except anoles (yawn imo). Size (big or small) is not an issue.

Thanks!
Jason
