What is a "Red Albino"??

Is it genetic? Does anyone know if it is codominant or recesive?
If I breed it to an albino what do I get?

I do not know if it is just the way an indivitual albino has colored up or if this is actually something of interest in breeding.

Also do the adults still keep the same color as "red albino" juveniles?

Any info is great. Or a picture of an adult would also be helpful.
