Hi there,
I live in the highlands of Costa Rica at about 4500 ft. Daytime temperature here is 73 to 80, nighttime is 55 to 65 F.
I have two about 10 year old female green iguanas living outside in a cage for almost all their live and they do well, despite the low temps.
For a while I had a much smaller male (85 cm) in the same cage. He copulated several months ago with at least one of the females and now she got very restless, digging the whole day in a sandbox which I put in.
If she lays eggs, will they be fertile despite the low temps and at which temperature should I breed them?
Thanks for your help.
