Some advice please

Can someone please give me some advice please. I have a redeared slider I recently got. However I did have a painted turtle before, so I am not new to this. He has a UV light, a custome tank with two basking areas, and room to swim. Since I got him 3 weeks ago, he has stopped eating about 5 days ago. I have tried different things such as live food, green food, pellets, but nothing. Now the past 2 days his eyes have not opened. Can someone please help?
