Does she look lumpy? A gravid animal will have a lumpy look to them. Is she starting the frantic digging? That is another MAJOR sign that she is looking to lay. If you do not have a lay box set up, be sure to get that going ASAP! She may refrain from laying if there isnt a suitable place to drop them.

Also be sure to keep track of dates. Egg Impaction can be hard on the animals and if she holds too long from beginning of season she could actually become quite ill.
