Tom, she also doesn't have that super laid back disposition that I have heard about in Hispidus. She isn't exactly skittish, but she is very wiry and fast! When I get my granite babies out, they wander up to my shoulder and curl around my neck, and kind of meander off and into trouble after I sit down for a few minutes. LOL! That little hybrid SHOOTS up my arm to my shoulder and BOLTS! I have to be super careful with her because she will jump right off my shoulder to the floor before I know it and hit the ground running! I worry that she will hurt herself jumping that far or get away from me and into big trouble every time I have her out! I hope she settles down as she grows.

The other thing is that she seems to be rather small. As you can see, she is beefy, and she is a month younger than the granites, but it just seems like she is growing much more slowly. I guess we just have to see. I love her to pieces, and will keep yall posted on her progress.
