super worms are fattening along with butter worms, wax worms, meal worms are useless.

good staple feeders are crickets roaches and silk worms and horn worms.

i found out today that silk worms have an enzime that help with the digestion and prossessing of calcium as well as pain relief!

frills just look plump at this age is what i have come to believe. look at adult frills and they are round but its more filling.
