I took my female to a vet a few months ago for a fungal infection on her belly but the doctor there admitted that she didn't know much about turtle healthcare. My female's shell doesn't seem to be improving and now my male is being lethargic and showing signs of similar marks beginning to appear on his shell as well.

Does anyone on these forums know of a good veterinarian to bring your turtle to in the Sacramento area? On Monday I'll be calling and talking the few clinics I know of that take exotics, but any input I can get will be appreciated.
