If there is anything porous like wood, cloth, or rock formations, get rid of that stuff. The rocks you can soak in bleach, RINSE WELL, and let sit in the sunshine to air out and get rid of any residual bleach. The mites will deplete his energy and sap his will to live. Keep him warm after his olive oil treatment and scrub down. If he has a favorite food (dandelions are almost always too good to resist) give him that. Hope he'll be alright! Keep us posted.
