Bullfrogs take a LONG time to morph out, up to three years. I forget how long it is once the legs pop out, but it should be at least a month.
You should monitor it and introduce a land area when its arms pop out. Cork bark, driftwood, sloping sphagnum ect. are all suitable for morphing out.
Once the arms pop out, the tail will shrink, the mouth will turn into a typical frog mouth, and the froglet will not eat.
