I'm probably going to get a cham in the next 2 months. I've been reading up and collecting supplies. I have both a 100w Zoomed Powersun MVB and a double bulb flourescent fixture ans soon two reptisun 5.os will arrive. I also have lots of 75w flood bulbs from Lowe's.

I'm not above buying another cage, but right now I have a Reptarium I used for a baby monitor when I was keeping him outside in the summer months. He's waaay to big for that now. SO, my question is if I don't use the MVB and go for the flourescents, can I actually put them INSIDE the enclosure? I've heard that UVB has a hard time getting thorugh Reptarium mesh, so would it be a bad move and why?

I'M Planning on obtaining a well started juvenile or an adult, not a little hatchling as I'm new to this. Also, the MVB is extra, and if people here advise me to avoid it, I'm not attached to the idea either. I've heard both pros and cons to it, but I want to do whatever's safest and most beneficial to the cham.

Thanks.
