You could put the ReptiSuns inside the mesh, just be careful not to get the fixture wet when you mist or find some way to protect the connections from moisture. The lamps won't get too hot which is one of the main reasons I don't use those Powersun type bulbs. They generate a lot of heat and there is some evidence that the intense UV those types of bulbs emit can cause eye damage. A double tube ReptiSun running at least 12 hours a day will provide good UV. Place your basking perch so the cham can get 18" or closer to the bulbs. Get new bulbs every 6 months as the amount of UV they produce drops off significantly at that time.
