At the end of last month I received a Year old Nile Crocodile. After he was shipped here I put him in his pond and let him go for a week then I began to handle him when I was cleaning. At the end of last week I noticed a bump on his stomach/underside that I had never seen before.

I looks almost like a blister does when I get them on my hand and it does not feel hard it is soft and squishy.

Does anyone know what this is I read somewhere that when crocodilians get a lack of vitamin e they grow fat lumps on them and this crocs previous owner only fed him fish, I feed him a varied diet of insects, mice, and mazuri croc chow.

any help is greatly appreciated.
