some frilled question

hi all my frilled is about 5months old and there 2 things id like to know.



1) in every caresheet i see that you need to supply water dish for the frill to soak in.. well i never saw my frill soaked in his dish.. is that normal/ok?



2) in every caresheet i says "do not feed ur lizard with pray that bigger than the size between their eyes"

i would like to know why?

and what do happen if u give food whos bigger tan this size?
