Hi all,

I have a Dekayi snake that a neighbor found in the yard about 6 months ago, that I saved and have been keeping since. It's been doing fine, but today I noticed something weird with it's body. It's hard to describe, but basically about the middle of it's body, it's looking kinda "squished" in and thinner than the rest of the body.

The snake is moving about normally, doesn't act like it's sick and it has eaten this week. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be? It's hard to describe and I noticed that it's body was looking odd when I looked in it's cage today. The snake has not escaped and has not been outside the cage without strict supervision (I basically don't handle it unless I am cleaning the cage, in which case it goes into a box).

any ideas on what this can be? I am concerned...The rest of it's body looks absolutely normal, it's just the middle where it looks kind of twisted/squished...there are also no scars or anything.

Thanks in advance...
