super worms are better then meal worms. meal worms have little to no gut to them and alot of exo-skeliton and run risk of bowel impaction.

super worms have more in them but run same risk of impaction just not as much.


both are very poor daily feeders, super worms are high in fat and will cause overweight problems if you feed them to often, to long. a good ballanced diet is in order if you'd like to feed either of these items.
