These are typically only seen on very young greens and are usually caused by too much time in the water, or consistently damp cage conditions. Does this one spend too much time in a water bowl? If you keep the cage dry and only use a small water bowl that it cannot get into, these bumps will usually clear up without treatment with the next shed. As the green gets a little older, this issue is rarely a problem, even when using pools and moderately high humidity levels.
