I use to breed Madreans. Of course all of my founding stock was WC. Most, mayber 80%, would eventually calm down and became rather nice display animals, especially because of their diurnal habits.

There use to be an extremely tame Madrean that hung out in Peddler's Alley in Bisbee. It was really cool, cruising right past your feet while looking for flies on dropped food. And huge too, it had to be 12". As much as I wanted it, I didn't have the heart to pick it up, it truly belonged there.
